At Revano, we work to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process.


🚚 Shipping Coverage

🔹We currently ship across India.

🔹Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your PIN code.

🔹If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and issue a refund (if prepaid).


⏳ Order Processing Time

🔹Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

🔹Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

🔹COD orders may require verification before dispatch.


📦 Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

🔹3–7 business days for metro cities

🔹5–10 business days for non-metro or remote areas

Please note:

🔹Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

🔹Delays may occur due to:

▪️Weather conditions

▪️High demand periods

▪️Courier disruptions

▪️Regional restrictions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


📦 Multiple Shipments

In some cases:

🔹Your order may be shipped in separate packages

🔹This depends on product availability and warehouse location

However:

🔹You will be charged only once for shipping (if applicable).

🔹There are no hidden handling charges.


💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

🔹COD is available for selected PIN codes.

🔹Availability is shown at checkout.

🔹Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Important:

🔹Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

🔹We reserve the right to cancel high-risk COD orders.

COD is not a “trial before purchase” option.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

🔹📩 A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.

🔹You can use it to monitor real-time delivery updates.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


❌ Order Cancellation

🔹Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

🔹Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders refused after shipping:

🔹Two-way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

For COD orders refused at delivery:

🔹Future COD eligibility may be restricted.


🏠 Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure:

🔹Your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

🔹Someone is available to receive the order.

We are not responsible for:

🔹Incorrect addresses provided by customers

🔹Failed deliveries due to unavailability

🔹Delays caused by customer-side issues


📍 Unserviceable PIN Codes

If reverse pickup or delivery is not available in your area:

🔹We may request alternative arrangements

🔹Or cancel and refund the order (if applicable)
