Refund policy
At Revano, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. While we carefully inspect and ship every order, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1️⃣ Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
🔹📩 Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
🔹📸 Send clear photos and an unboxing video
🔹📦 Include images of outer packaging and shipping label

If approved, we will offer:
🔹Replacement (if available), OR
🔹Refund / Store Credit (as applicable)
Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
2️⃣ Return Eligibility (Other Reasons)
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify:
✔ Item must be unused
✔ In original packaging
✔ With tags, manuals, and accessories intact
✔ No signs of damage, washing, or alteration
Returns that fail quality checks may be rejected.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
🔹Used or damaged products (not reported within 24 hours)
🔹Customized or made-to-order products
🔹Personal care items (if opened)
🔹Clearance or final sale items
🔹Bulk orders (unless defective)
4️⃣ Pickup & Return Process
If your return is approved:
🔹🚚 We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable)
🔹In case pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item
Return shipping may be:
🔹Free (for damaged/incorrect products)
🔹Customer-paid (for non-defective returns)
We reserve the right to deny free returns in case of repeated misuse.
5️⃣ Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection:
🔹💳 Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
🔹🎟 COD Orders: Refund issued as Store Credit or UPI transfer within 5–7 business days
🔹Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6️⃣ Cancellation Policy
🔹Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
🔹Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
For COD orders:
🔹Repeated refusal of delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
For prepaid orders cancelled after shipping:
🔹Two-way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
7️⃣ Unboxing Requirement (Important)
🔹To prevent fraud and ensure fair resolution:
🔹🎥 Customers must record a clear unboxing video for any damage/missing item claims.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
8️⃣ Delays & Logistics Issues
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
🔹Courier delays
🔹Weather conditions
🔹High order volumes
🔹Regional restrictions
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
9️⃣ Abuse & Repeated Returns
We monitor return patterns.
We reserve the right to:
🔹Charge return shipping
🔹Deny return requests
🔹Disable COD option
🔹Block accounts in case of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
🔟 Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jhajjar, Haryana.
